Please note that your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must include all product labels, tags, and instructions.
How to Return an Item:
If you'd like to return an item purchased from our website, please use our contact page or email us directly at info@Leahideas.com with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER so we can verify your purchase. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
Important:
Please do NOT send items back to the return address included on the shipping label. This address is for our overseas warehouse, and refunds will not be possible if items are sent there. We will provide you with the correct return address for processing.After requesting a return, we will give you detailed instructions on how to properly package the item and where to send it. Please ensure that the item is unused and in resalable condition. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
Receiving a Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund by email. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Shipping:
Unless we made an error with your order (e.g., sent the wrong item), all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item was damaged or missing parts, we will gladly resend the missing or damaged pieces at no cost to you. However, we do recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. Leah Ideas cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Product Exchanges:
We aim to describe every product on our website as clearly as possible, including detailed photos. Unless we have made an error, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.
Wrong Item Sent by Us:
While we strive for accuracy in fulfilling every order, there may be occasions, especially during peak seasons with high order volumes, where a mix-up can occur. We appreciate your understanding in these instances, as our team is dedicated to ensuring you receive the correct item as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any errors promptly.
In the event that we send you the wrong item, we are committed to promptly resending the correct item to you at no additional cost. However, please note that this situation does not constitute a refund; it is considered a cancellation of the original order. The returned item will not be eligible for a refund, as our policy focuses on correcting the error by providing the right product rather than processing a return for a refund.
Order Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order, please submit your request within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a 35% restocking fee. If the item has already shipped from our warehouse, you will need to return it once it arrives to receive a refund.
Bulk / Custom Orders:
Custom-made orders, including any orders with a unique design not available on our website, are non-refundable. Bulk orders of five or more units can be returned for a refund, but they will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. We only replace bulk or custom items if they are defective or damaged.
Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the gift was not marked as such, or the item was shipped to the gift giver before being given to you, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.
Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer:
If incorrect or inaccurate shipping information is provided when placing the order, Leah Ideas reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the item's cost. This covers any additional expenses incurred due to the mistake, such as reshipping costs or lost items.
Rejected or Refused Packages:
If a customer refuses or rejects a package upon delivery, no refund will be granted. This includes cases where the customer changes their mind or refuses delivery for any reason. The customer will not receive the purchased item, nor will they receive a refund.

Unfortunately, we've encountered situations where return packages were not sent, arrived damaged due to improper packaging, or were accompanied by fraudulent tracking numbers. To maintain fairness and the integrity of our process, it is essential that customers follow our return guidelines carefully, ensuring that both parties are treated fairly and transactions remain transparent.
